Alireza is a GP partner, Caldicott guardian, owner and registered CQC manager for a private health organisation, and Digital Lead for the GP Federation in Richmond, The Richmond GP Alliance (RGPA). Prior to this, he was clinically at Richmond CCG and Southwest London CCG which subsequently became Southwest London ICB. He covered a number of clinical areas including IT and digital and innovation lead posts. He also represents Barnes at his local LMC.

He has a deep understanding of  digital solutions in primary care and healthcare in general, regulatory framework's and digital clinical safety. He assisted several practices and adopting triage first models of care and a number of projects including Lloyd George record digitisation. He is a CSO and currently facilitates practices in his local area with digital clinical safety specifically, DCB 0 160 assurance documentation.
